Bernadette is quite knowledgeable about my condition, and knows exactly the areas to focus on. I have been getting massage therapy from Bernadette regularly for while now...she is wonderful. I'm not sure how she does it, but she gets right to the areas that hurt, and I relax and my pain melts away.... I have regained complete range-of-motion of my arm, and am kept pain-free. Aside from my helping my shoulder, I have also found that the regular massages take away all the knots and tension built up in my body from the everyday grind of work. It's good for both my body and my mind! Again, I highly recommend Bernadette, she is a very talented massage therapist, and a wonderful person too!!
